Welcome to the transformation of Diamond Place—a meticulously renovated two-story unit that seamlessly blends contemporary design with functional elegance.
This project was a testament to our commitment to reimagining spaces, elevating every detail to create a home that resonates with both style and practicality.
At the heart of the renovation was the ground level, where we embarked on a journey to redefine the living experience. A new kitchen emerged as the focal point, boasting sleek lines and modern finishes. Paired with an open-plan living and dining area, the space was transformed into a welcoming haven for gatherings and everyday living.
The ground level further accommodates a convenient laundry area and bathroom, meticulously designed to maximize functionality without compromising on style.
Tasmanian Oak oak-engineered flooring graces through most of the ground floor, infusing the space with warmth and continuity.
Venturing upstairs, guests are greeted by two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each adorned with quality loop-cut carpeting for comfort and style. The main bathroom and master ensuite have undergone a stunning transformation, featuring neutral-toned tiles, luxurious fixtures, and contemporary vanities—elevating the bathing experience to new heights of sophistication.
Throughout the unit, new LED lighting illuminates every corner, creating an ambiance of modernity and warmth. The kitchen, a masterpiece of design and functionality, boasts high-gloss cabinetry, engineered stone countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances—a testament to our dedication to both form and function.
With over 130 square meters of renovated space across two levels, Diamond Place stands as a shining example of architectural excellence. Each detail has been meticulously curated to elevate the living experience, from the timeless elegance of the finishes to the seamless integration of modern amenities.
As you explore the accompanying photos, let the transformation speak for itself—a harmonious blend of contemporary design, functional elegance, and unparalleled craftsmanship.
Renovated, Diamond Place has become a home reimagined for modern living.
