Interior fit-outs for real estate agents demand a delicate balance of openness and privacy, luxury and functionality.
In our design for this Johnsonville-based office, we embarked on a journey to craft a space that seamlessly integrates these seemingly contradictory elements.
At the heart of the design lies a commitment to openness and transparency, evident from the welcoming entry lobby to the expansive open-plan workspace.
The strategic placement of meeting rooms and private offices ensures maximum privacy without compromising the flow of natural light and spatial connectivity.
A distinctive feature of the design is its dynamic use of materials. By intentionally limiting the palette to a select few, including quality carpeting, ceramic tiles, and stained strandboard, we achieved a cohesive yet visually intriguing aesthetic.
The use of sustainable materials such as strandboard not only adds warmth and texture to the space but also aligns with our commitment to environmentally conscious design practices.
Throughout the office, lush greenery punctuates the interiors, infusing the space with a sense of vitality and tranquillity.
From the vibrant foliage adorning surrounding spaces around the reception area to the strategically placed plants in the open-plan workspace, nature becomes an integral part of the office environment, promoting calmness, well-being, and productivity.
In addition to its aesthetic appeal, our individual the designs prioritizes functionality and flexibility.
Fixed and mobile furniture elements, including bespoke reception, workstations and modular meeting room desks, adapt to the evolving needs of the users, fostering collaboration and innovation.
A harmonious blend of form and function, this office fit-out stands as a testament to our dedication to delivering spaces that inspire, engage, and endure.
